An absolutely gorgeous and luxurious thin and soft wool muslin fabric.

Sold by the meter and it is 150 cm wide.

When ordering multiple meters you will receive it in one piece.

can be washed on a gentle wool cycle and will shrink up to 8% the first time you wash it which I reccomend to do before starting your seving project.

perfect for tunics, dresses, scarfs, lining in jackets or cloaks of rougher materials to keep you from getting scratchy.

This fabric is white but as shown in some of the photos it can be dyed (we dyed it with madder root) and takes color just absolutely beautifully.

This fabric is something we have been looking for since our very first year in Gudvangens Viking valley and saw it there and have finally gotten our first batch from a supplier in Germany.

Please be aware that this fabric is so thin that in can be a little sheer, but it is absolutely perfect as a base layer under another dress on under and apron dress. dying it will also help.

The benefits of using this thin muslin compared to linen is wool natural moisture wicking abilities in the warm summers where linen will hold on to water.

In the winter and even just into the summer nights, this wool will work as a great base layer that will help keep you warm as you layer up.
